IJ Scan Utility Features
- Use IJ scan Utility to scan and save documents, photos, or other items at a time by simply clicking the corresponding icon.
Multiple scanning modes
- Auto allows for one click Scan with default settings for various items. Documents will sharpen text in documents or magazines for easier reading, and photos that are best suited for photo scanning.
Automatically save scanned images
- Scanned images are automatically saved to the preset folder. Folders can be changed as needed.
Note
The default storage Folder is as follows.
Windows 10/Windows 8.1:
- Documents Folder
Windows 7:
- My Documents Folder
To change the folder, see the Settings dialog box.
- Application integration
Scanned images can be sent to other applications. For example, display the scanned image in your favorite graphics application, attach it to an e-mail, or extract the text from the image.
